Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding the regional business for the industrial segment.
The candidate will monitor daily sales activities to achieve the sales target for SEW range of product and actively develop new business opportunities.
The candidate will be responsible in developing sales strategies for the growth of existing and new accounts, as well as organize and participate in road show, sales & marketing activities and trade show.
Responsibilities
1. Frequently plan and make customer visit in Northern provinces - Vietnam to identify and develop new business opportunities and direct customers relationship for our range of products and services
2. To achieve and exceed sales target
3. Respond to daily enquires and quotation from customer including OEM, End User, EPC, SI as well as Technical Consultant firm.
4. Conduct market / customer survey, competitive landscape analysis and new industry analysis
5. Constantly update market situation to Sales Manager. (i.e. special/political competitive pricing etc.)
6. Propose business development plan, weekly action plan and customers visit.
7. To submit visiting report, bi-yearly business review report
8. Monitoring and collection of customer's payment status. (advance payment, bank guarantee...)
9. Recommendation of promotional and advertising aterial, exhibitions
10. Coordinate with overseas application engineering departments, headquarter to promote suitable products and solution to customers.

Yêu cầu
• Degree / Diploma in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical Electronics Engineering
• 2-3 years of sales experience in mechanical power transmission or similar trade is an advantage
• Knowledge about application and equipment in heavy industry such as cement or mining or coals fired power industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of mechanical power transmission, Inverter, Servomotor and application is an advantage
• Technical competency to engage customers for application and specification review
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills in English & Vietnamese
• Analytical mind with good problem solving skills and willing to learn
• Ability to work independently and be a strong team player
• Ability to travel within Vietnam territory and overseas
