Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is proactive, dynamic, and adept at understanding product offerings, identifying potential buyers, and securing business opportunities. This role involves both field sales and telesales, emphasizing the ability to drive new business and maintain strong client relationships. We encourage male candidates to apply for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• B2B Sales: Manage the entire sales process, from identifying prospects to closing deals. Build and maintain robust relationships with business clients.
• Proactive Business Development: Actively seek out new buyers and business opportunities. Understand product offerings in-depth to tailor solutions to client needs and demonstrate value effectively.
• Field Sales & Meetings: Regularly meet with potential clients in person to present products, negotiate terms, and secure contracts.
• Telesales & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to identify prospects, introduce products/services, and schedule meetings.
• Client Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market dynamics.
• CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet company goals.
