Sales Executive (Based in Con Dao Island)

1. GENERAL PURPOSE
Manage local accounts with sales activity and sales call.
Assist the Director of Sales to complete the system's task
Communicate effectively with all departments through event run down, event orders.
Fully implement AKYN programs & initiatives
Conduct tele-marketing and pass leads to Director of Sales
2. MAIN TASKS
Conduct market research, online search, newspaper or media to solicit potential accounts.
Ensuring the that all guests are make to feel welcomed, and appreciating the richness of culture diversity of your clients, associates and location.
Achieving personal catering budget as outlined.
Maximizing ballroom and function room occupancy to meet business plans and revenue objectives.
Assist Director of Sales efforts according to market demand and want.
Ensure that data provided to corresponding departments in the hotel is accurate and informative. E.g., Event Orders, Event Run Down, etc
Managing and expanding guests' data base to fully implement future initiatives and solicit guest return.
Assists in coordinating the development of all promotional material.
Assist with the planning and development of promotional strategies and marketing plans for the hotel.
Assist with the preparation of new products and services.
Co-ordinate and maintain supply of corporate gifts and promotional items.
Execute advertising/creative briefs in a timely manner.
Organize Trade shows, functions and exhibitions where applicable and advised by Superiors.
