1. Client Relationship Management
Establish, develop, and maintain long-term partnerships with local developers, EVN, and EPC contractors.
2. Market Research & Sales Development
Conduct market research on the floating solar and carry out sales activities to acquire new clients and increase marketing share.
3. Sales Activity Planning & Execution
Plan and organize relevant marketing activities to promote and showcase the Sungrow FPV brand and products in Vietnam.
4. Cross-regional Collaboration
Work closely with cross-regional teams to ensure that sales leads and client accounts are effectively followed up and properly managed.
5. Assist the
Sales Director in developing sales strategies and conducting market analysis.
6. End-to-end Project Management
Oversee the full lifecycle management of floating solar power plant projects, from project development and contract negotiation through to signing and final delivery.
1. Sales Experience & Track Record
Proven track record of successful sales performance in
business development or sales roles, particularly with EPC solutions or floating solar PV systems.
2. Technical Background (Mechanical & Electrical)
Knowledge of mechanical and
electrical engineering is a strong advantage.
3. Team Management & Communication Skills
Strong team management, organizational, and coordination abilities, coupled with excellent internal and external communication skills.
4. Industry Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the solar energy industry.
5. Language Requirements
Proficiency in English is mandatory (working language).
Proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage
6. Education Background
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Engineering, Energy, Business Administration, or related fields.
