Job Description
Take full responsibility for the company's products in coating, ink, construction, detergent materials, lubricant oil,... chemical sectors, as well as other relevant industrial materials.
Maintain strong relationships and provide timely support to existing customers.
New Customer Development:
- Introduce company products.
- Visit customer offices and factories.
- Prepare and send the samples for testing.
- Follow up the testing process and results.
Sales planning and execute
business development strategies and tactics under the guidance of management, make sure compliance with company procedures.
Monitor customer orders, take full responsibility for debt collection from customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to sales and service.
Prepare and submit regular reports and ad-hoc reports as requirements from supervisors.
Support cross-functional teams when needed by line managers or upper management
