Job description
We are a vertically integrated global green coffee supplier and one of the leading coffee companies in the world. We are looking for a results-driven person to join our team as Sales Executive for our Specialty Coffee Division.
As Sales Executive of our Specialty Coffee Division, you will be responsible for increasing our client base, obtaining new business as well as providing service to existing customers. You will proudly represent our Specialty Coffees and you will play an essential role in the company's overall sales strategy and expansion in the Northen Region of Vietnam. Some of the responsibilities include:
- Elaborate sales plan under your scope to meet sales target.
- Perform local market research as required to set up a benchmark of prices and coffee qualities.
- Develop the required clients' network to guarantee compliance with the sales plan.
- Propose marketing plans to create brand awareness.
- Perform coffee quality calibration with the clients to guarantee compliance with the client's needs.
- Supervise the logistics to deliver products to clients.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Be able to work independently and with little supervision;
- Have at least 2 to 3 years of experience successfully developing a solid client base and local sales, ideally in the coffee industry or F&B industry;
- You have graduated from a Coffee Sensory Analysis course or you have at least 1 year of experience doing sensory analysis (coffee cupping);
- You can communicate effectively in English (written & spoken);
- You are able to do killer PowerPoint presentations;
- You are based in Ha Noi and are able to travel to other locations within Vietnam (about 20% of your time).
