Mô tả công việc
Plastech (Viet Nam) is looking for Sales persons to join our international team in Vietnam taking care of Vietnam market.Our Sales Executives initiate new business with mid to large size companies. The target opportunity will be plastic-related product factory such as toys, stationery, medical device....
• Develop sales plans, good knowledge about products, market, competitors and price
• Maintain up-to-date market activities and industry trends and turn them into action plans for securing sustainable business performance.
• Develop and manage high level relationship with strategic key accounts
• Understand market trend, make plan to import materials and control stock.
• Look for new customers.
• Maintain existing customer's
• Develop new markets/applications whenever possible
• Achieve the sales target
• Make required reports.

Yêu cầu
• Age requirement: under 35 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or business background or relating field.
• At least 1 years of working experience in plastic field
• Committed, hard-working, a progressive approach and a willingness to learn
• Good English or Chinese communication skills
• Service mind and customer focus
• Attitude of team work and learning
• Ability to travel
BENEFIT AND COMPENSATION
- Labor contract and insurance by law, active teamwork, good career path;
- 13th month salary reward
- Annual salary review basing on working performing
- Annual health check
- Mid Ability: VND 11 to 15 million
- Good Ability: VND 15 to 30 million
(negotiate salary base on qualification)
