Mô tả công việc
• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for products/services.
• Analyzes the territory/market's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer's value to the company.
• Actively seek out potential customers.
• Achieve target of allocated channel to meet sales target set by management
• Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints
• Prepare reports relate to sales activities
• Collaborating with marketing team of head office to prepare event & promotion for sales and marketing activities
• Other tasks as assigned by Sales Manager

JOB REQUIREMENT
• Good English communication
• Fresh graduate or less than 1 year experience
• Female is preferred
• Willingness to learn and passion for sales
• Pro-active mindset
• Team work capabilities
• Interested in coffee culture
• Technical understanding

• Basic salary around 10 Million
• Commission and Bonus by target
• 13th salary + yearly bonus + quarterly bonus + sales commission
• Additional healthcare insurance (PVI) after 6 months working
• Travelling with the whole company annually and many other attractive benefits
• 14 paid leave days: 12 annual leave and 02 sick leave day.
• Working time: From Monday to Friday (8:30 to 17:30) And Saturday: from 8.30am to 12pm.

• Basic salary around 10 Million
