Search, consult, and introduce to customers in need of the Company's Logistics services such as: Air freight (Air), sea freight (LCL&FCL), warehousing services, customs declaration, domestic transportation location.....
Close service contracts with customers and creating profits for the company;
Coordinate with operational departments (CS, Ops,...) to resolve customer requests;
Plan to develop and maintain relationships with customers. Have stable and regular customers to ensure sales and targets;
Develop customers according to the company's direction when the company has specific requirements
Prepare periodic business results reports.
Graduated from university or college with majors related to import-export, marketing, international shipping business, and foreign trade;
Ability to communicate in English: listening, speaking, reading, writing;
Have knowledge of specialized business processes, customer care services &
business development in the forwarder and logistics fields;
Agile, dynamic, eager to learn, progressive, passionate and fond of Sales, desiring a job with good income and increasing opportunities to improve comprehensive skills;
Good negotiation and communication skills;
Willing to work under high pressure;
High sense of responsibility at work.
