Mô tả công việc
* Role Objective: Directly engage with both new and existing clients to drive sales of Primal Performance Lab's services, enhancing the physical and mental well-being of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
Come up with and implement a personal sales plan that is created in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Manager to expand the customer base.
Present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Fully aware of new products and competition status.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure they are satisfied with their fitness experience at Primal.
Do other Sales Admin tasks when assigned.

Proven sales experience in fitness or related service industry: cosmetic services, education services, vocational-related services, etc...
A goal-oriented work ethic, who has the ability to achieve and motivate others in memberships and retail sales.
A self-starter who has a passion in fitness and also has a flexible schedule.
Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment, often with changing
priorities.
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
Experience in building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
A data-driven person who has strong experience with computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
Alignment with the core values of integrity, positivity, and accountability.
Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, and clients.
