• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitor activities.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively meet client needs and provide solutions.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts to ensure mutual benefit for both the company and the clients.
• Customer Support: Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback for management review.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product capabilities.
Yêu cầu
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in industrial materials such as Gaskets, Packings, Thermal insulations, Fluoropolymers, and Filter products for Oil & Gas, Power Stations, Chemical Plants, Semiconductors, Medical and Pharmaceutical, Electronics, and other General Industries. Those without experience may also be considered if deemed suitable.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and meet deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
