Key responsibilities & duties:
As a Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients to expand our market presence and meet sales targets. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, making sales presentations, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
Key objectives:
• Get new meaningful business in for smaller midsize brands.
• Work together with Copenhagen and Vietnam Commercial team to find the right leads and make sure we are ONE team.
• Analyse the market for latest local trends and act proactively = Call, visit, mail, fax, Snapchat etc.
• Onboard and handover to caretaker Team.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential customers and market segments for garment products.
• Actively prospect and cold call to generate new business leads.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
• Negotiate sales agreements and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Ability to travel and visit customers as needed to build client relationships.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, textile engineering or another related field
• Proven track record in sales, preferably within sport garment / athleisure / fashion.
• Ability to think strategically so that the company can take advantage of industry dynamics and general market conditions, etc.
• Sharp brain with deal-based approach and analytical skills.
• Strong skills in Cost Negotiation and Cost Engineering
• Strong prospecting and networking skills; Able to communicate with persons at all levels.
• Ability to engage senior team stakeholders as required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: Excellent teamwork skills and proven aptitude to partner effectively with a wide range of stakeholders (i.e., top management, colleagues in VT and LT, customers).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities, while maintaining a strong attention to detail and adhering to deadlines Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• An understanding of compliance requirements and Sustainability knowledge
