Mô tả công việc
- Candidates can choose 1 of 2 fields: ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) OR U&A (Urology and Andrology).
- Expand the market, and develop consumables and equipment.
+ Search, exploit, and collect potential customer sources
- Implement weekly business plans at the request of the Director/team leader.
- Taking care of and receiving orders from old customers. Consult products, resolve needs, and send quotes to new customers.
- Receive orders from customers.
- Implement the company's annual business goals.
+ Research competitors and the market
- With the direction of the Director, directly Research and update competitor databases to compare the company's performance in the market with the sales team
- Research and develop plans to introduce and develop newly launched products of the group.
- Consulting/reporting, statistics for the Director in charge of achieving results and deploying the market with the sales team.
+ Make a business plan
- Monitor the sales progress of each center. Prepare plans with the Line Manager regarding upcoming public hospital tenders and expiring contracts for private hospitals.
- Follow the plan given by the department head for development campaigns to increase revenue, conferences, and forums...
+ Introducing and consulting products, taking care of and maintaining relationships with customers before and after sales:
- Work with Product Specialists, answer and support customer questions about specifications and uses. Propose solutions and help customers identify needs and choose products.
- Prepare programs and booths for annual fertility conferences that the company attends. Take care of delegates accompanying the company at conferences.
- Coordinate with the technical department in setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment according to hospital procedures and regulations.
- Report special incidents occurring with medical equipment and propose solutions so that the Director/team leader has information for timely guidance.
- Coordinate with team members to research the mechanism and operating principles of the environment, consumables, and equipment the company is implementing.
+ Complete and sign the contract
- Send quotes, contracts, and related documents to Customers/Hospitals after being approved by management.
- Coordinate with the administrative department to draft sales contracts and main contracts.
+ Report business results
- Write business results reports for superiors to capture information as well as the collective business situation, thereby providing directions, policies, and business plans in the future. At the same time, there is also a basis to evaluate the capacity and career advancement of sales staff.
- Report weekly and monthly progress to the Board of Directors
+ Some other related work
- In addition, sales staff must monitor the process of liquidation and contract termination, support the accounting department in debt collection, and coordinate with the Marketing department to plan and implement incentive programs. promotions on holidays, Tet, and customer appreciation; Introduce new products and services of the company to attract more customers.
- Coordinate with other departments in the company to improve the quality of products and services, meeting all the latest requirements and tastes of customers. After completing the work, it is necessary to prepare periodic or unexpected work reports.
