Role Overview
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in B2B sales operations, client relationship management, cross-functional campaign alignment, and event catering outreach. You will play a key role in identifying potential corporate clients, presenting customised corporate gift sets and catering solutions, and collaborating with Marketing to execute unified promotions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research prospective B2B clients, corporate accounts, event organizers, and local businesses in Ho Chi Minh City for potential coffee catering and corporate gift partnerships.
Assist with cold outreach, email campaigns, and follow-up calls to pitch PJ's Coffee corporate packages, event catering services, and seasonal gift sets.
Coordinate with the Marketing team to unify monthly and quarterly promotions, seasonal packages, and B2B campaign schemes.
Help prepare sales proposals, product catalogues, and customized quotation sheets for business clients under the guidance of the Sales Lead.
Work closely with store operational teams to coordinate the seamless delivery of corporate orders, event catering setups, and gift box distributions.
Maintain and update the CRM/sales tracking sheets to ensure all leads, client inquiries, and deal statuses are accurately recorded.
Gather feedback from corporate clients post-delivery to improve product offerings and assist in compiling weekly sales pipeline summaries.
Requirements & Qualifications
Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable initiating contact with business representatives and potential clients.
High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple ongoing inquiries efficiently.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
A genuine interest in the F&B industry, coffee culture, and corporate networking.
