Work closely with the Team Leader or assigned staff members and complete allocated tasks.
Assist in organizing workshops based on
Account Manager requirements and prepare relevant event content.
Develop and manage social media channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook to generate potential leads.
Conduct market research and build lists of potential customers.
Support the development and maintenance of customer relationships.
Assist in retaining and supporting existing customer accounts.
Update customer information and sales activities on the CRM system.
Maintain and organize sales documents, records, and related data.
Third- or fourth-year student majoring in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or other related fields.
No prior experience is required.
Good English communication skills are an advantage.
Strong self-motivation and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Ability to remain calm and adapt well in a fast-paced working environment.
Agile, hardworking, enthusiastic, and responsible.
