Job Description
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers and business leads based on provided scripts and target lists
Introduce the company's products/services and qualify prospects for sales conversion
Record and update customer information, call outcomes, and feedback accurately in the tracking spreadsheet
Follow up with interested leads via phone or email to nurture engagement and schedule appointments with the
Business Development team
Assist in researching and identifying new target markets and contact databases
Collaborate with the Business Development team to refine pitch scripts and strategies based on call performance
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions to uphold the company's image
Line Manager and Senior Leadership assign other preparation tasks.
Being challenged in a professional English-speaking environment.
Requirements
Candidate must be service-oriented, result-driven, and willing to handle challenging and tough assignments and workload;
Flexibility, resourcefulness, and enterprising characteristics;
Having good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese;
Strong business knowledge/background;
4th-year students with Business or Economics-related backgrounds are preferred.
