Key Responsibilities:
Sales Performance Management: Monitor and drive sales performance across retail stores, ensuring all locations meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Implement strategies to boost sales and enhance store performance.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead, train, and mentor store sales teams to achieve business goals. Provide ongoing training to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service standards.
Planogram Management: Monitor and implement the planogram at stores to increase the customers' experience and satisfaction.
Sales Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify trends to develop action plans. Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management for decision-making.
Inventory and Stock Management: Work with the supply chain to ensure stores are stocked appropriately, maintaining optimal stock levels and product displays. Address inventory issues and ensure smooth stock replenishment.
Promotions and Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and in-store events to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
Sales Strategy and Market Development: Continuously assess the market and competitor landscape to adapt sales strategies, expand market reach, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales management. Experience with fashion brands is highly preferred.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and motivating sales teams, with the ability to lead by example and inspire a high level of performance.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the fashion retail market, trends, and consumer behavior.
Data analysis: Proficient in using retail management software, and data analysis.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and management.
Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to think critically and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
