Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Leader (Building Material, $800++, ID19611)
Develop and implement sales strategies for the distribution channel
Lead, train, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Recruit, develop, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and wholesalers
Expand distribution coverage and increase market share in assigned regions
Negotiate sales contracts, pricing policies, promotions, and payment terms with distributors
Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends to ensure healthy channel operations
Collect market and competitor information and provide strategic recommendations to management
Handle key customer accounts and resolve major sales or channel-related issues
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and channel management regulations
Requirement
Male / Female, Under 40 years old
Bachelor's degree or above
Fluent in English
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Leader or
Sales Supervisor in the building materials industry, preferably in galvanized steel sheets, roofing sheets, or doors.
Proven experience working with distribution channels, especially managing and developing distributors
