GLOBAL SALES LEAD/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD
Job description
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls for global markets.
Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
The ongoing training of your salespeople.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
Promoting the organization and products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Listen to customer feedback, understand market needs, then effectively work with teams to improve product quality.
Capable of leading a sales team consisting of personnel from many different countries effectively & remotely.

Yêu cầu
Being able to work in the Middle East/US/European time zone
Must have 2+ years of leadership experience
Must have 3+ years of experience in international B2B & B2C sales, especially in the Middle East/US/EU market
Proficient in English
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Aggressive, driven personality, comfortable making new relationships with customers
Attention to detail and cross-functional relationship management skills
Strong negotiation skills
A self-motivated and disciplined person who can work independently as well as in a team environment
Must have 2+ years of leadership experience
