HMD International Trading is a company specializing in e-commerce across markets such as the US, Australia, and Canada. With over 10 years of experience on major global e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify, we are driven by our vision and mission: "BRINGING VIETNAMESE PRODUCTS AND BRANDS TO THE WORLD."
HMD is currently seeking a talented candidate responsible for managing and optimizing sales campaigns across various e-commerce platforms, contributing to the growth and elevation of Vietnamese brands on the international stage.
1. Advisory: market, product, service, strategy, product improvement, ...
2. Instructions and directions:
Activities of researching and developing new products and services or researching and improving existing products and services to meet market demands.
These activities will contribute to the expansion and development of the target market for the Company.
3. Building & developing a source of customers/partners:
The plan to develop new sources of potential customers/partners in developed sales-market channels, and at the same time maintain and develop relationships with existing customers/partners.
4. Monitor, control & report:
Periodically, the sales department needs to make reports in accordance with the Company's regulations.
The report should show all the business activities of the Company as well as the assigned duties and powers of the sales department.

1. The main task:
- Research and implement to reach target market and customers.
- Develop strategies for product introduction and market expansion
- Planning & managing business activities (planning: sales, advertising, accounts, ...).
- Monitor and supervise the implementation progress of business plans and strategies of other departments. Ensure the implementation of the plan takes place in accordance with the process and production schedule of products to meet the requirements of the sales channels.
- Develop detailed sales policies such as quotations, discounts, promotions, marketing for products being traded.
- Set up & provide information, documents, product costs to work with the Board of Directors/partners.
- Research and develop new products to suit market trends and needs.
- Recommend tomarketing roomStrategies and solutions to enhance business performance.
- To take full responsibility for the Company's business activities before the Board of Directors.
2. Customer/Partner Relations:
- Building automatic data models and business and financial information systems.
- Develop detailed sales policies such as quotes, discounts, promotions, marketing to send to customers.
- Set up a sales plan for each stage to suit the needs of customers in each stage.
- Find, connect and contact partners, raise capital, joint venture or business combination to drive revenue.
- Store and manage customer/partner information scientifically.
3. Finance:
- Financial advice for the Company to optimize cash flow, costs, administration, ...
- Research and position the Company's products and brands in the market to advise the Board of Directors on business orientation.
- Monitor and evaluate business performance to provide appropriate improvement and ensure cost optimization.
4. Product development
- Consulting & building process - process of production, marketing, promotion & consumption of products and services of the Company.
- Consult to research the Company's products, consumer markets and competitors to have the best marketing promotion plan possible.
- Periodically, it is necessary to collect, research and analyze industry information and market needs to advise the Board of Directors on development orientation, positioning in the market, product positioning to meet the needs of the market. school.

- Conduct research and develop new products.
