Mô tả công việc
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
Manage, lead, and develop the sales team to ensure maximum performance.
Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients, particularly in logistics and import-export sectors.
Provide consultation and introduce logistics services such as transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, etc., to clients.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns, analyze market trends, and propose strategies to improve sales performance.
Train, develop, and mentor
sales staff to ensure they are well-versed in products, services, and sales techniques.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a managerial role within the Logistics or Forwarder industry.
In-depth knowledge of logistics services such as international transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
Fluent communication in English.
