Requirements
Experience from +3 years in IT Sales Leader/Account Manager/Business Development Manager position.
Having knowledge or experience in IT, prefer IT outsourcing sales skills for the Japanese market for at least 3 years.
Used to lead a sales team of 5-10 people
Proactive and aggressive in archive sales target
Good problem-solving skill, negotiation skill, and presentation skills
Ability to conduct business and operate at several levels within an organization and in varied cultural, and social settings.
Highly organized with a multitask orientation.
Able to communicate well in Japanese
English communication is a plus
