Lead and manage the Sales/Customer Service team.
Set and monitor team KPIs, sales targets, and conversion performance.
Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve their targets.
Support key clients and handle complex customer situations when needed.
Work closely with tattoo artists and other teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Yêu cầu
At least 3 years of experience in a Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager role, preferably in Sales.
Strong English communication skills with confidence in handling international clients (B2+ / C1 preferred).
Proven experience in team management, coaching, and performance improvement.
Strong customer-service mindset, communication skills, and sense of responsibility.
Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Experience in aesthetics, beauty, tattoo, or other premium service industries is a strong advantage.
