sales Leasing Officer (aeon mall hue - 349)

Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Sales Officer.
+ Work location: AEON MALL Hue - Vietinbank Building, No. 2 Le Quy Don Street, Phu Hoi Ward, Hue City, Thua Thien Hue (Temporary office).
+ Working time: On average 5 days/ week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
+ Report to: Executive/ Senior Executive.
Job summary: Make plans to approach potential customers and lease all event, advertising, and other-income spaces to increase mutual revenue of the mall.
Approach potential customers/ tenants to offer space leasing for appropriate purposes (other-income areas in the mall like event spaces, meeting room/ hall, slots for wagons, LED screens for advertising, etc.) (20%);
Make action plan and budget plan for other-income leasing activities (15%);
Process documentations (contract, payment, liquidation) to ensure smooth cooperation with customers/ tenants (15%);
Give necessary guidelines to customers/ tenants, supervise and evaluate effectiveness of space leasing activities, then timely share with customers/ tenants for any necessary adjustment or improvement (15%);
Prepare introduction materials, leasing kits, and guidelines for all other-income areas in the mall (10%);
Support customers/ tenants to handle arising matters during space leasing time (10%);
Apply data tracking to make reports after each activity as required by the company or supervisor/ managers (10%);
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor or higher managers (5%).
