Mô tả công việc
1. Floor Management
- Train and supervise brand's staffs to follow Lotte Department Store regulation. (staff's appearance, attitude, etc.)
- Control/Supervise of export/ import goods, product quality, prices, TAG, VM of the brands.
- Check and supervising floor at opening/closing & operation time to ensure smooth operation at area in charge/managing (VM display, Hygiene, food safety, technical issue to follow LDS regulation)
- Co-operate with related department to ensure that the issues are solved quickly and effectively through continuous communication with customer and tenants.
2. Marketing
- Make product plan monthly, yearly to match with brand, category and Lotte program, aiming to bring the best and effective business result.
- Suggest and encourage brands to propose promotions to match with seasons, Lotte events to enhance the sales.
- Support brands to advertise promotion via Lotte channels (Facebook, Website, LCD, etc.).
- Evaluate the promotion results.
- Invite brands to join in LDS events (Gala Night, Lotte Private Sale, Anniversary) to propose the best promotion.
- Organize shopping events on special occasion or support low sales brands.
3. Fitting out
- Discuss and instruct tenants about Lotte construction/fitting out regulation.
- Co-operate with tenants and other departments (Design, Facility team) to complete final drawings on time.
- Support tenants during the fitting out period & grand opening.
- Confirm the minutes related to fitting out (Hand-over/ Acceptance Minutes, Fitting-out completion minutes & fitting-out deposit refund, etc.).
4. Tenant Management
- Tenant management including: Sign leasing contract with tenants, negotiate tenant entry & regular merchandising activities
- Discuss on time with tenants to support marketing program, events, staffs, merchandise to ensure professional image, and enhance sales.
5. Sales, Profit and payment management
- Implement confirmed sales, deduction, manual list, modify sales error by sequences on time.
- Supervise sales performance and prepare sales plan with low sale brands.
- Make monthly reports, compare, analyze sales and profit.
6. HR Management
- Evaluate performance, supervise attitude at workplace, train and manage the staff diligence.
- Perform a proxy task when staff is off-duty or absent
7. Other tasks
- Making report: weekly, product plan, KPI and others.
- Conduct market survey and report.
- Other tasks are assigned by GM and SD

Yêu cầu
- University degree or higher with major in commerce and business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Vietnamese and English. (Knows Korean is an advantage)
- 3-7 years of experience working in same position.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Can work under high pressure and self-motivate.
- Exceptional time management skills and a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
- Other: Good skills at Microsoft office, Power point, MS excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Vietnamese and English. (Knows Korean is an advantage)
- 3-7 years of experience working in same position.
