Mô tả công việc
p1. Sales Performance Achievement: in charge of reaching the designated region's sales and payment goals;
2. Sales Model Accountability: thorough customer development and management in the area, investigation of potential sales, etc.;
3. Customer Satisfaction Management: Encourage the resolution of significant customer complaints and concentrate on the external customers' contentment with the products, technical services, and sales services;
4. Team Talent Management: assembling a talent pool, creating a shared set of values, creating and carrying out plans for training and development, and emphasizing day-to-day work administration;
5. Market Trends Observation: Be mindful of local market dynamics and shifts in the internal and external environments, and act quickly to adapt and adjust;
6. Additional tasks assigned by supervisors./p

Yêu cầu
p1. Bachelor's degree or higher, 3 years or more of managerial experience in the same role, and 5 years or more of sales experience in a relevant field;
2. Extensive background in selling to important clients and familiarity with Vietnam's automation sector;
3. Outstanding ability to manage customer connections and flawless sales skills;
4. Excellent business development skills, including the capacity to gather and evaluate sales prospects;
5. Strong organizational and communication abilities, a cooperative attitude, and a strong sense of initiative;
6. Excellent performance ability, results-driven mindset, strong sense of purpose, and capacity to withstand pressure.
7. Good English skills, communicate Chinese is plus./p
