Mô tả công việc
Ensure that Sales stars always provide a courteous and professional service.
Ensure that Sales stars have a complete understanding of and adhere to the An Lam brand rules and regulations.
Ensure that Sales stars have a complete understanding of and adhere to the policies.
Devise effective solutions to team issues.
Give frequent feedback and recognition when Sales stars do well.
Empower stars to perform their jobs.
Ensure that stars are selected, trained, evaluated, and rewarded in compliance with the existing estrangement system.
Encourage stars to suggest ways to improve their performance.
Provide coaching and counseling sessions to stars when needed.
Work closely with the S&M trainer and with all HOD's and identify the training needs of stars.
Assist and support the S&M trainer in preparing and conducting training.
Facilitate training when required.
Ensure self and team members attend mandatory and other training programs by allocating dedicated training time.
Ensure consistency of training across the Sales team.
Build an environment that fosters career development for every star.

Yêu cầu
At least 3 years of experience in the segment.
Graduate of related to Sales and Marketing and Hospitality Industry College or University.
Wholesale/ Leisure experience is an asset.
Graduate of related to Sales and Marketing and Hospitality Industry College or University.
