Mô tả công việc
1. Manage Sales Revenue and Sales Target every month
2. Maintain/develop(Direct-to-Customer) and create value to existing accounts.
3. Responsibilities include: account management, developing in-depth market knowledge; generating new sales leads, contract negotiation, and sales closure.
4. Create long-term, strong, and trusting relationships with customers.
5. Manage sales and service response process, including detailed quotation, RFQ requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, and service recovery (complaints/compliments).
6. Credit control follow-up and management.
7. Submission of Daily Report, Sales Report & Sales Plan
8. Handling of sales and marketing related assignments & projects.
9. Support company marketing strategies.
10. Monthly Sales Reporting to Management team
11. Attractive Commission & Transportation allowed.
Yêu cầu
Own Car & Valid Driver's License
Good Command English and Mandarin - Verbal and Written
3+ years of relevant Sales experience in freight forwarding or other logistics services, USA Lane experience is preferred.
Demonstrate good knowledge in logistics solutions - freight forwarding, 4PL, and Project Cargo
Proactive goal-achiever
proven sales track record
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
