Customer Retention & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Present new products and services to existing customers to support upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Quickly and effectively manage any customer complaints by working closely with QA and related departments to ensure timely resolution.
Foster long-term relationships and build customer loyalty through proactive engagement and support
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Develop tailored sales pitches and proposals that address customer needs, concerns, and objectives.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in target companies.
Coordinate meetings and presentations between prospective clients and internal senior stakeholders
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with overall business objectives
Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to price products competitively while maintaining profitability
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards to senior management.
Ensure data integrity within the company's CRM and other sales tracking tools.
Monitor and report on KPIs, sales activities, and conversion rates to drive continuous improvement.
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
Requirement
Male,/Female, 35 -45 years old
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Have 5 years of experience in a similar position in FDI precision mechanical manufacturing factories
Good at English
