Responsibility:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to oversee and drive our sales initiatives in Vietnam. As the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing sales and services, developing new customers, nurturing existing partnerships, and driving business growth in line with company objectives.
New product:
• Sales Team Leader: Lead the sales and service operations, ensuring efficient distribution and customer satisfaction.
• Partnership Management: Review and manage agency and distributor relationships, fostering close ties with water authorities and supporting existing distributors to enhance sales in assigned territories.
• Market Expansion: Penetrate new customers, conducting thorough market research and
business development activities.
• Marketing Strategy: Execute marketing initiatives to promote products in existing and new customers, including the introduction of new products to drive market expansion.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive budget and business plans for both existing and new customers, including sales projections and budget allocation for new product launches.
• Documentation Management: Manage all documentation and pricing related to purchases, sales, and tender processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and contract obligations.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate sales operational risks, including order execution and delivery scheduling, to fulfil tender supply contract obligations.
• Distributors Engagement: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and distributors, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with sales objectives. Foster strong relationships across departments, leveraging internal resources to optimize sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer service.
Others:
• Advise customers online through the company's online sales channels.
• Seek out potential customers through self-proposed channels.
• Take care of customers after completing their orders.
• Monitor orders and customer debts under your responsibility.
• Regularly report daily and update work results as required by the company. Be accountable for meeting committed targets.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, oversee contract execution, and manage debt collection.
• Maintain, nurture, and develop strong relationships with existing customers while seeking new ones: Real estate investors, general contractors, Agents, distributors... interior design firms, architects...
• Maintain close cooperation with the company's existing agents, develop plans, and execute strategies to expand the dealer network.
• Support retail sales at the showroom.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the company (if any).
• Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Engineering or its equivalent with 3-4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development.
• Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the Water Industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends, develop strategic plans and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel domestically in short notice and is committed to work as and when required beyond the normal working hours.
