Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives in Vietnam market
- Manage all sale channels.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers
- Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for sale growth
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement
- Monitor and analyse sales data, market trends, and consumer feedback to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies accordingly
- Be responsible for setting up annual sales target, annual sales plan, and annual sales budget.
- Engage and support team members so that they can be productive and ensure that open and effective communication exists within the organization at all times.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Sales, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 5 years of professional experience in sales roles, 2 years in manager level
- Experience in working for a premium brand or multi-national / multi-channel environment with a retail mindset would have an added advantage
- Knowledge of Household categories is preferred
- Excellent analytical and organization skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts, propose solutions for business
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure and display teamwork. Manage team experience is preferred.
