We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Firefighting and Tactical Gloves segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in product development, marketing, and sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the market presence of our specialized glove lines.
. Develop and implement effective sales and merchandising strategies for firefighting and tactical gloves.
Collaborate with product development teams to innovate and enhance glove designs based on market needs and customer feedback.
Manage product life cycle from conception through sales, including forecasting, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with market trends and demands.
Lead, motivate, and supervise a sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.
Ensure compliance with industry-specific safety standards and regulations in all product offerings.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and forge new business relationships.

Yêu cầu công việc
English proficiency
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A background in textile or materials engineering is a plus.
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in sales or merchandising, preferably in the PPE industry or related fields.
