Scope of work:
Find Tenant for short-term and long-term rental of apartments/serviced apartments under the project of Son Kim Land
Manage, monitor and train products for agencies.
Responsibilities:
Build various channels and networks to find new customers for leasing Son Kim's residential property in short-term and long-term
Update the Database of vacant units weekly/ daily
Prepare documents and show the vacant units required by prospective tenant
Manage, monitor and train products for agencies.
Responsible for negotiating with landlords and tenants, and preparing leases
Collect and analyze market trends/update the rental of other service apartment/ apartment
Make weekly/monthly report regarding the market and Leasing performance at the assigned asset
Coordinate frequently with marketing team for marketing leasing products and developing customer data
Negotiate new leases and follow up signed leases. Coordinate with related teams to support tenants in terms of procedures and conditions for moving-in / moving-out
Coordinate with accounting dept. to ensure all revenues in charged to be fully collected
