Develop business plans and implement execution to ensure the achievement of assigned goals and targets;
Conduct market research and provide consultation and advice to the Board of Directors on business and marketing-related matters to organize an efficient business system;

Develop, enhance, and implement the department's comprehensive business strategy on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis ;
Search for customer information through B2B channels, e-commerce, and social media platform ...
Manage and enhance the skills of the sales team ;
Receive information, provide consultation, negotiate contracts/orders, create orders, and monitor delivery and payment progress;
Maintain relationships and develop the customer network;
Perform other tasks required by Management Team.

Yêu cầu
Graduated from University with majors in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field;.
Fluently in English
Preference will be given to candidates with over 5 years of experience in the field;
Proficient in MS Office ;
Communication skills for teamwork and collaboration with various departments within the company.
Have experience in business management, leading, and developing teams;
Ability to set goals, create plans, and implement them;
Deep understanding of both Online and Offline business sectors, including new trends and technology updates;
Be able to go for business trip.
Fluently in English
Preference will be given to candidates with over 5 years of experience in the field;

Salary: Negotiable (based on ability);
Probation period: 2 months, receiving 85% of the base salary;
