About Product - Review365
Review 365 is a GIANTY product designed to help local businesses become more visible and trusted on digital maps.
For restaurants, cafés, beauty businesses, hotels and other local merchants, being discovered and trusted online can directly influence whether customers choose to visit.
Review 365 focuses on helping businesses build a stronger presence through authentic customer experiences and transparent reviews - making it easier for customers to discover businesses and make informed decisions.
The product has been validated in the Japanese market and is now expanding into Vietnam as one of GIANTY's key products for 2026.
As part of our Sales & Marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to help introduce Review 365 to local businesses and communities across Vietnam.

What You'll Do
Introduce Review 365 and its free experience to businesses you know or frequently visit, especially F&B, Beauty & Wellness, and Hospitality businesses.
Share useful and authentic content in relevant Facebook groups and local communities.
Create posts, share personal experiences, and support the production of short-form videos.
Research and connect with relevant KOCs and local influencers.
Consult and support merchants throughout the registration and onboarding process.
Follow up with referred customers and track their conversion progress.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
Support other Sales & Marketing activities as needed.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
Google Maps Local Guide Level 4+.
Regularly use Google Maps and enjoy reviewing and discovering new places.
Good communication skills and confidence in connecting with people.
Interested in Sales, Marketing, Social Media, and community building.
Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
Nice to Have
An existing network or participation in communities related to F&B, Beauty, Hospitality, or local businesses.
Experience creating social media content, short videos, or reviews.
Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, KOC/Influencer activities, or Community Management.
No prior experience needed - we'll provide full training and support.
Open to candidates across Vietnam (Ha Noi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh, Can Tho, Da Lat, etc.)
