Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Proven experience in F&B sales,
business development, partnerships, and revenue generation.
Strong understanding of the Ho Chi Minh City F&B market, customer trends, and competitive landscape.
Knowledge of sales techniques, digital advertising and performance analysis.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, including at least 1 year in a similar role, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry
Fluent in Vietnamese & English.

Highly independent and accountable, able to take ownership and move projects forward without constant follow-up.
Existing network within F&B, corporate, hospitality, tourism, travel agencies, or event industries is a strong advantage.
