Assist in researching, gathering data, and identifying potential clients in the market under the guidance of management.
Assist in preparing sales materials, drafting contracts, proposals, and basic correspondence using available templates.
Support the Sales team in welcoming clients, preparing for, and participating in site visits at the property.
Accurately input and update client information and task statuses into the department's database/CRM system.
Collaborate with relevant departments to support logistical tasks, ensuring events and client requests are thoroughly prepared.
Perform other administrative duties for the Sales & Marketing department as assigned and directed by management.
Yêu cầu
Education: Final-year student or recent graduate with a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, Foreign Languages, or a related field.
Language: Fluency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese is essential for client communication and internal document processing.
Experience: No prior experience required (training will be provided). However, basic knowledge of or a strong interest in the luxury hospitality industry is an advantage.
Skills:
Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in basic MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
