Sales Officer (Aeon Mall Tan Phu - 370)

Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Sales Officer (AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon).
+ Work location: AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon - 30 Tan Thang, Son Ky Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City
+ Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays
+ Report to: Executive/ Senior Executive
+ Job summary: Follow business and operation situation of tenants in the assigned category. Support to improve their sales performance or operation to achieve the company's targets. Support Sales & Marketing team's campaigns/ activities to meet the mall's targets.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Patrol the mall regularly to check tenants' situation and closely work with tenants for smooth operation (10%);
2. Analyze daily sales of tenants to figure out good and bad points, hold meetings with store managers to discuss their product display, staff performance, or cooperated events (if any) (10%);
3. Meet with store owners regularly to enhance relationships and push their sales (10%);
4. Acknowledge customer complaints and discuss with store managers to find proper solutions (10%);
5. Marketing support: support tenants' promotions and AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon's campaigns, and closely work with Marketing team to increase customer numbers and sales volume (15%);
6. Leasing support: support to lease storage/ billboards, handle in-out plan of tenants, and guide new tenants through all regulations and procedures to run their business smoothly (15%);
7. Process sales reports and meeting preparations for tenants (20%);
8. Other duties as assigned by supervisors (10%).
