Sales Officer (Aeon Mall Thanh Hoa - 578)

Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Facility Officer in AEON MALL Thanh Hoa
+ Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM - C shift 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 2 OFF days/week but not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
+ Report to: Team Leader/ Senior Manager.
+ Main function: Follow established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell SC's products and services within an assigned category, maintain tenants' compliance to Mall's operation rules and regulations.
1. Follow the sales plan, keep track of tenants' sales and support if needed to achieve the assigned Category's target (25%)
2. Frequently patrol SC to provide timely support to customer and tenants, control tenants' image and service based on company policy (20%)
3. Assess to customer needs and suggest appropriate ideas and services to boost sales, find and suggest potential candidates for leasing vacant lots as plan of Department (15%)
4. Prepare, support and keep track sales for sales event as assigned by Supervisor while cooperating with all party to ensure the events on time as scheduled and achieve target (15%)
5. Handle administration tasks such as: making RFA, payments, contract... (10%)
6. Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales reports. (10%)
7. Other task as assigned. (5%)
