AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a core enterprise of AEON group, specializing in shopping mall development and business operation. Based on the basic philosophy "The customer first", we are continuing our efforts to create malls that enhance the quality of life, stimulate local economic activity, and contribute to community life and culture.
Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting Sales Officer (01 in AEON MALL Hue & 01 in AEON MALL Binh Tan).
- Work location:
+ AEON MALL Hue (Temporary office): Vietinbank Building, No. 2 Le Quy Don Street, Phu Hoi Ward, Hue City
+ AEON MALL Binh Tan: No.01, Street 17A, Quarter 11, Binh Tri Dong B, Binh Tan District, HCM City
- Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays
Job summary:
Follow business & operation of tenants in shopping mall. Provide timely support to improve sales performance/ operation of tenants to achieve company targets.
Detailed job description:
1. Make sales plan/ budget for in-charge tenants in the mall. Support tenants to increase sales to achieve targets (15%);
2. Process documentation of contracts/ agreements between AEON MALL and in-charge tenants, ensuring timeline and accuracy of the documents (15%);
3. Daily visit existing tenants inside the Mall to supervise actual performance (customer quantity, sales promotions, customer service quality...) for evaluation, improvement, or proper support if necessary (15%);
4. Support in-charge tenants in daily operation by giving clear instructions for new regulations/ campaigns, being main contact between tenants and related parties to solve any arising issues, and timely sharing improvement points with tenants (10%);
5. Implement push-sales activities for in-charge tenants with effective programs and appropriate timelines (10%);
6. Find potential tenants to lease vacant lots/ storages (If any) (10%);
7. Apply data tracking to make weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sales reports of in-charge tenants as required by supervisor/ managers (10%);
8. Smoothly cooperate with internal members as well as external partners (10%);
9. Other duties as assigned by supervisors (5%).

1. Bachelor's degree;
2. Candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or related fields are preferred;
3. Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
4. Good at Microsoft Office;
5. Good teamwork skill with supporting spirit, good planning and organizing skill;
6. Good customer focus mindset;
7. Willing to work in shift.
