This role is on the Sales Operations team within Lazada's Vietnam Platform Operations. With our team, you will deliver high-priority strategic projects to drive a significant impact on Lazada's customers and partners across all lines of business. You will help support decision-making in the country through your critical thinking, strategic mentality, and data-driven approach. This role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, superb business acuity, excellent planning and prioritisation habits, and the ability to articulate and present information to partners at all levels of the business.Lazada Vietnam Sales Ops is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Operation Excellence Associate to partner with the Commercial team as a strategic partner with sales leaders working on pipeline, quota, territory planning, and training all while driving net-new initiatives focused on improving scale and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Drive definition of sales processes, pipelines, goals, and reporting to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve strategic objectives
- Track and report all key performance indicators, goals, efficiency and trend analyses during monthly/quarterly and annual business reviews
- Execute and manage Sales Operations strategy by product
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed
- Advise senior leadership on business priorities through competitive research, industry benchmarking, partner input, and data analysis
- Partner with product, tech, operations, marketing, legal, and many other cross-functional teams to measure the impact & efficiency of business initiatives
- Design and Manage training programs derived from business needs. Perform detailed business needs assessments in coordination with sales professionals to develop a culture of learning and uncover gaps and roadblocks to learning.
- Design and Implement metrics to measure impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments.

Requirements/Qualifications (must have):
- 5-7+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in Business Planning, Sales Operations, Strategy, Finance, or Business Development
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Exhibits sound business judgment and a proven ability to influence others
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Strong analytical skills, and a proven track record leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
- Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organisation, and to create a vision and organisation that can scale quickly
Requirements/Qualifications (good to have):
- Ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking - the ability to understand strategic business drivers across disparate businesses will be essential
- Great teammate - this is a highly collaborative role that will work with a range of both peers and senior leaders
- Passion for crafting magical customer experiences and client values
- SQL experience OR ability and willingness to develop basic proficiency is a plus
