Objective:
Support the Sales team in monitoring field execution, verifying in-store promotion and display compliance, and identifying opportunities to improve sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct verification calls to retail stores to validate the actual implementation of promotional programs and in-store displays by Field Sales.
- Collect, consolidate, and track compliance data to monitor execution accuracy and market coverage.
- Prepare periodic reports and compliance trackers to provide insights into field execution performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps and discrepancies in market execution.
- Support the team in identifying improvement opportunities and recommending solutions to enhance sales execution effectiveness.
Yêu cầu
- 4th-year student or fresh graduate in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Good communication skills, with a clear speaking voice, patience, and confidence in making phone calls.
- Strong attention to detail, honesty, and the ability to observe and assess compliance objectively.
- Good data handling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and Power BI is a plus.
