Objective:
Support the Sales team in monitoring field execution, verifying in-store promotion and display compliance, and identifying opportunities to improve sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct verification calls to retail stores to validate the actual implementation of promotional programs and in-store displays by Field Sales.
Collect, consolidate, and track compliance data to monitor execution accuracy and market coverage.
Prepare periodic reports and compliance trackers to provide insights into field execution performance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps and discrepancies in market execution.
Support the team in identifying improvement opportunities and recommending solutions to enhance sales execution effectiveness.
Requirements
4th-year student or fresh graduate in
Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
.
Good communication skills, with a clear speaking voice, patience, and confidence in making phone calls
.
Strong attention to detail, honesty, and the ability to observe and assess compliance objectively
.
Good data handling and analytical skills; proficiency in
Excel and Power BI is a plus.
