We are a Group including: Phong Vu computer, Karavan, Vnshop, Umbala in Retails/B2B platform/E-commerce industries. HR Division is organized as a model of shared service to support for 4 Business Units. We are looking talents who are keen on Sales Management and a dynamic environment, start-up culture and would like to develop their career in a Group with multi-industries and operating as an ecosystem

- With many expatriates in our Group, you will work with international culture and English is a main communication channel
- Our Group have a strong ecosystem, we have e-commerce, B2B platform (new trend of GT sales/cosumer products), ICT trading, payment gateway among others, you will work for a big Group with multi-industries.
- Lead Planning function: as a partner with sales team in the sales planning and supporting sales team to hit KPI.
- In charge of following up operations & management of performances. Build, supervise KPI for the salesforce team.
- Build & develop a framework for Salesforce way of working, ensure programs meet rules & governance.
- Coordinate with cross-functions to Sales Forecast (monthly/quarter/yearly).
- Interface with internal team (Supply Chain/ MKT/Category ...) to develop strategy sales planning for salesforce team.
- Check & evaluate sales results/ revenue, ensure sales targets are met with Sales planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration or related major
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Salesforce/ planning, Sales Operation Manager (Preferable to tradidition trade in FMCG industries).
- Experience in sales planning in channel for Retails/Ecommerce/FMCG industry is a plus
- Able to design & run sales forcasting in collab with internal functions
- Strong planning & sales project managment skills
- Good communication both in English and Vietnamese
- Be able to work at all levels team players, and detail-oriented.
- Candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills
- Database management and record-keeping
- Organizational Skill, Soft skills, Communication and Problem Solving
