Mô tả công việc
To oversee daily business activities, key-decision making processes, to improve efficiency and increase profit while managing the overall operations of the company or division, improving overall business functions, managing Sales staff, overseeing the budget, employing marketing strategies and managing the company organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and communicating business goals.

lProvide support overall in administration and operation needs to all local and oversea branches of Fairtrade Commodities.
lManage the overall aspects of administrative, procurement, logistic of the organization exspecially know to prepare import and export shipping documents & apply for e-permit (BL, K2, COO, Form D, Back-to-Back Form D, Health Cert, Quality Cert, Non-GMO Cert) and instructions for BL issuance, verify and confirm BL
lPlan, and coordinate with overseas offices on the Shipment Schedule and ensure all shipments are on time for customers.
lSupport the sales team using [redacted] with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas

lPartner with Sales and Marketing department to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
lEnhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
lCreate monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting
lTrack and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
lOwn the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
lAssist with on-boarding and training new sales talent on [redacted]
lRefine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes
lMaintain regular check-ins with Sales Managers/Enterprise Sales Representatives and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving
lMaintain procurement and contract records
lConducting location analysis, market research, and prepare feasibility report to present to the management.
lEvaluate the effectiveness of the marketing program and recommend improvements.
lAssist in employee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and termination activities
lTo monitoring and motivating staff and support staff development to ensure that follow company policies and procedures.
lSchedule regular team meetings to discuss about business updates, issues and recommendations.
lProvide direction and guidance to employees in their assigned job duties and respond to employee concerns in timely manner.
Account for all business activities, enhance efficiency, drive sales and enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives
Minimun qualification
lMaster of Business Administration or Bachelor's degrees in business administration, finance or economics or another related field.
lHave previous relevant as operation manager experience in the supply chain, F&B industry or a similar company.
lProficiency in all Microsoft office applications and computer knowledge
lDiligent, self-spontaneous and an analytic mind with problem solving skills and also have a strong sense of respondsibility and team spirit.
lFluent in English and Mandarin. Knowledge of local or another dialect will be added advantage,
lGood reading, listening, able writing in English and communication skill.
lMust possess own transport and willing to travel.
lEducational qualifications can be compensated by working experience.
