2. Work aligns with Sales team and Agents for:
- Preparing Sales Orders (SO), Goods reservation (WO), Invoice (OI) in AP+
- Checking schedule if out of stock
- Prepare transportation documents, VAT invoices, packing list, delivery note
- Arrange domestic deliveries.
- Invoicing Commission
3. Work aligns with main customers for:
- Goods reservation (WO), Invoice (OI) in AP+
- Checking schedule if out of stock
- Preparing shipping documents, Invoices, packing list, C/O Form E/D (if needed)
- Arranging the booking to freight forwarder
- Arranging customs declaration and deliveries
4. Handle general enquiries (data sheet, checking stock level, lead time, etc.)
5. Master data maintenance (Company, Part Customer relationship) for customers
6. Customer's complaint handling
Yêu cầu
Trình độ/ Education
- Graduated from Foreign Trade University or Economics University.
- Good knowledge about logictics.
Kinh nghiệm/ Experience
- At least 2 years of experience as same position.
- Candidates with customs declaration experience are preferred.
Ngoại ngữ/ Languages
- Fluent in reading, speaking and writing English.
- German language or Chinese language is an advantage.
Tin học/ Infomatics
- Computer literate with competence in all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel as well as ERP systems, Expertise in Quality, Management Systems and their Implementation.
