Sales Operations Executive (English)Hoiio Pte Ltd

• Be given the responsibility for the complete operation tasks: support other teams (Sales/ Support/Project teams/Finance teams/Product team/Engineer team) in doing their jobs smoothly (number configuration, number billing, system issues, new feature requests...)
• To develop good relationships with partners and internal teams to ensure good cooperation
• Handle sales and regulatory-related tasks, daily tasks will depend on the assigned role:
o Checking documents, and answering questions from internal teams and emails from vendors and partners.
o Working on number tasks to support performance improvement of the Business Operation: for eg, provision numbers, port in, checking documents and pricing.
• Working on internal projects
• Collecting and handling documents to collaborate with partners
• To take reconciliation and settlement (daily, quarterly, monthly...) with partners: manual accounting, manual billing, manual refund, credit notes etc...
• Doing weekly / monthly reports as requested by the higher management team
• Standardized internal process to manage the regulations/restrictions.
• Assure the appropriate cost (from vendors) and price (to partners)
