Sales Operations Executive

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Reporting to the Head of Finance, participate in the development and execution of the operational plans to achieve the Company's strategic objectives
2. Provide operational support to the Company
3. Design and execute Standard Operating Procedures ("SOPs") to enhance the efficiency of Finance operational processes
4. Check the validity and accuracy of sales transactions from various payment sources
5. Verify the accuracy of sales commissions
6. Handle transaction clawbacks
7. Responsible for refund request, referral fees, submission of Subscription Agreements and bank charges
8. Handle staff reimbursements and vendor payments for the Company
9. Liase with our outsourced service vendor (accounting and tax)
10. Other adhoc operational and finance tasks that may be assigned
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Head of Finance on financial matters for Geniebook Vietnam. Tasks include but not limited to:
1. Assist in co-ordination with external auditor, corporate secretary, landlords, lawyers, tax agent and other consultants as and when necessary.
2. Establish, review and improve accounting policies and internal controls.
3. Assist in Finance Transformation tasks such as system implementation, process improvements and tasks re-allocation.
4. Undertake ad-hoc projects and corporate actions as and when necessary.
