I. What you need to do:
- Process order and reconciliation in a timely manner with accuracy. Cooperate with other relating departments to ensure a smooth process internally.
- Manage existing client accounts and client's budget.
- Data report: Maintaining and updating sales and customer records; Compiling monthly sales reports; Analyze client's reports to provide more insight to the sales team; Other reports per request.
- In charge of paperwork, including but not limited to vendor registration, contract/ proposal/ quotation/PO drafting & processing, payment documents, etc.
- After-sales services: direct feedback from Sales to relevant departments; in coordination with Sales manager to solve any issue occurred during sales process.
- Stay up to date with new products and features.
- Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed.
- Other tasks assigned by the Line manager.
II. What you should have:
- 03++ years of experience at relevant positions; Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales Operation agent.
- Certification in Marketing, Business administration, Sales or relevant field is a plus.
- Good command in English is a plus.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel in particular); Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Knowledge of legal requirements involved with Contracts, familiarity with accounting procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Working knowledge of managing budgets and keeping track of orders.
- Familiarity with Sales reports and Sales Contracts/Agreements.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Good at problem solving skill, careful, meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Honest and trustworthy.
