Sales Operations (Interaction Team)

Process order and reconciliation in a timely manner with accuracy. Cooperate with other relating departments to ensure a smooth process internally.
Manage existing client accounts and client's budget.
Data report: Maintaining and updating sales and customer records; Compiling monthly sales reports; Analyze client's reports to provide more insight to the sales team; Other reports per request.
In charge of paperwork, including but not limited to vendor registration, contract/ proposal/ quotation/PO drafting & processing, payment documents, etc.
After-sales services: direct feedback from Sales to relevant departments; in coordination with Sales manager to solve any issue occurred during sales process.
Stay up to date with new products and features.
Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed.
Other tasks assigned by the Line manager.
